Pregnancy Verification

Pregnancy Verification or proof of pregnancy is a document, verified by our medical staff, stating that you have received a positive pregnancy test and highlights your Estimated Due Date or the date that you can expect to deliver your baby.  The Estimated Due Date is derived by utilizing the first day of your last menstrual period.

The Pregnancy Verification is often needed to apply for certain government assistance such as Medicaid, WIC and is even needed to obtain prenatal care. On your first visit to A Pregnancy Center and Clinic, our medical staff will perform a pregnancy test to verify a positive pregnancy test result.  Once a positive pregnancy test result is verified, our medical staff will fill out your Original Pregnancy Test Verification.  There is no charge for you to obtain a Pregnancy Verification at A Pregnancy Center and Clinic.
